We believe that responsible governance includes the active participation of a country’s civil society, organised and ready to implement the decisions that it takes. CRC Sogema coaches its clients throughout all of a project’s phases, whose goal is to develop and maintain their autonomy.
We offer professional management consulting services and develop products and software for our eight fields of expertise, grouped into two sectors: Economic Governance, and Governance and Human Development. At the forefront of the market, CRC Sogema offers to the private sector—which includes large enterprises, multinational firms and the financial sector—support services to help achieve their mandates within public/private partnerships (PPP).
Governance and Human Development
In Governance and Human Development, we coach our clients in developing and improving their social and environmental programs. We work toward maximising the use of invested resources to improve the population’s basic quality of life through concrete actions.
Whether it’s to help an enterprise become more socially responsible, to reform a country’s education system, or to develop training programs to improve employability, we support our clients in their goals to reduce poverty. We believe that sustainable growth is achieved through strengthening human resources and protecting natural resources.
