CRC Sogema wins a project in Armenia in the field of Financial Institutions

Longueuil, August 24, 2009 - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) granted CRC Sogema an institutional strengthening project at the Armenian bank Araratbank.

The final objective of this project is to assist Araratbank with the implementation of a comprehensive Institutional Building Program that addresses both structural and operational issues.

In partnership with the National Bank of Canada, CRC Sogema will predominantly focus on risk management, internal control, strategic planning, product development, marketing strategy and human resources management.

With the procurement of this first project in Armenia, CRC Sogema is proud to increase its presence in Eastern Europe. Let us note that the firm is already present in Bosnia, Serbia, Ukraine, Poland, Kosovo and Kazakshtan.
